1. Introduction

2. Scope

These terms govern three categories: legal assistance services for pensioners, digital information products, and physical goods available on our website.

3. Legal Services for Pensioners

Our professional team delivers personalized legal advice and representation. Scheduling is confirmed upon payment and can be arranged via Contact Form.

3.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If notice is provided within this timeframe, no compensation will be issued due to preparation and staffing commitments. Rescheduled credits remain valid for up to three months from the original booking date.

3.2 Refund Policy

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment, Marvian will reimburse payment within 14 days to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are not eligible due to resource allocation and case preparation.

4. Information Products

This category includes digital guides, webinars, and templates tailored to the needs of pensioners. Delivery is immediate after purchase.

4.1 Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval.

5. Physical Goods

This category covers printed materials, legal form kits, and branded items. Delivery typically occurs within 14 days of purchase.

5.1 Goods Reimbursement

Clients may ship goods back within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement consideration. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the client. Once received and inspected, Marvian will reimburse the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Amendments

Marvian may update these terms at any time. The date of the latest update is indicated above.
